I was very sad when Tina moved out of our area but knew when we decided to sell my parents house we wouldn't use anyone else.

She was knowledgeable about how to price the home, what we should fix or replace. Communication was excellent, always kept us aware of everything going on and made this an easy process. Tina Steele always gave me great and quick advise on how to proceed with the sale of my house from the moment I hired her on Feb. 2, 2022. My house was a rental and I had to give the tenant a 60 day notice to move and Tina was very patient and kept in touch with me during the 2 months waiting time. Upon the tenant moving out, Tina got right on the ball of getting my house on the market. It went on the market on April 15 and offers were coming in that day.

I would recommend Tina Steele to everyone I know selling their house. She is highly knowledgeable, honest and a very hard worker.

Normally I would say marking "Excellent" for all the categories is kind of a cop-out, but Tina deserved all of them. When I asked a question, she answered and answered right away. She texted me constant updates and even answered my noob questions since I had never bought a house before. She walked me through it step-by-step and never hid anything from me. Couldn't ask for a better realtor.

Again, everything was excellent. I own a home and honestly it was 100% thanks to Tina. I'll say it again - I OWN A HOME AND IT WAS COMPLETELY DUE TO TINA! That's not a lie.
